The percentage of vacant Class A office space in the Central Business District dropped from 16.41% in the 2nd Quarter of 2007 to 6.32% in the 3rd Quarter of 2007. This brings Class A office occupancy to 86.83% for the 3rd Quarter of 2007.

The percentage of vacant Class B office space in the CBD dropped from 10.13% in the 2nd Quarter of 2007 to 0.10% in the 3rd Quarter of 2007. This brings Class B office occupancy to 90.71% for the 3rd Quarter of 2007.
