This vision of the Birmingham City Center is laid out in detail in the recently updated City Center Master Plan. But who is to guide the implementation of this ambitious plan?
The City of Birmingham, Jefferson County, the business community, and citizens of Birmingham have charged ONB with this comprehensive and critical mission.
